MEETINGS
If you are in recovery or dealing with mental health issues it’s essential to have some understanding of the importance of meetings. We have compiled a few links of different types of meetings that you can attend. Some of these are 12-step programs, and some are not. We suggest that you try as many types of meetings as you can to see which format or group is a better suited to your beliefs. Because these programs could not exist without a community of people supporting each other, the importance of meetings cannot be understated. The only official requirement a desire to stop using. We are constantly working to improve our list. Feel free to contact us if we have missed out on any meetings that would be a benefit for people in recovery or wellness.
